Tell the driver the address: 201 Lealtad, but be advised that the entrance is actually on Virtudes, near the Southeast corner of the intersection.
The entrance is a tall, brown door to the left of "La Panaderia y Dulceria 'La Nivaria'"
"201 Lealtad" is clearly marked on the door and a buzzer with "Apto 4-2 Leo" is on the doorframe.
